How do I receive each TraderNote?

Each TraderNote is emailed as a .pdf file so that it is easily accessible anywhere, anytime.

What time is TraderNote delivered each day?

TraderNote is delivered to your email every morning before 9:30am AEST.

What markets does TraderNote cover?

At the moment we cover the ASX 200 and the SPI, however we are currently working hard to deliver other stock indices and commodities as well to TraderNote members.

How do I change the destination of the emails?

If you would like to amend your email address, send us an email at support@tradernote.com.au and we will be able to change the destination of your TraderNote within the next business day.

How do I update my billing info?

If you would like to amend your billing info, send us an email at support@tradernote.com.au and we will be able to update your details within the next business day.

My subscription has expired; how do I renew it?

If you would like to resubscribe, send us an email at support@tradernote.com.au and we will be able to process your subscription renewal within the next business day.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

If you wish to request a copy, please email us at support@tradernote.com.au and we will send a copy to you.

I’m new to trading, how do I get started?

Sign up for a TraderNote 7 day free trial. This will give you access to an “Introduction to Futures” guide which illustrates the basics to Futures Trading. You will also get access to the TraderNote Guide, which gives you a step by step manual on how to utilise the TraderNote.

Does TraderNote offer any trading advice?

We don’t want to tell you what to do, but instead, give you the framework so that you can improve and implement your own strategy. We present factual information so that you have all the tools to execute a winning strategy. If you are needing assistance with buying and selling please contact support@tradernote.com.au.

Fees and payments

When do payments get direct debited for my membership?

Payments will be debited the day after you signed up to TraderNote. Payments will be direct debited one month in advance from the day you sign up.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We don’t believe in fixed in contracts. There is no cancellation fee if TraderNote is not for you.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your TraderNote membership by sending us an email with a request to cancel. Upon cancelling, you will still receive the TraderNote until your current month expires.

Can I get a refund?

We have a no refund policy. But if you have any queries please contact us on support@tradernote.com.au.
